On November 6, 2016, an Anonymous person in Ellensburg, Washington submitted a photograph to MUFON under Case 80268, regarding an incident from June 17, 2016, with the submission statement:
it's not the most compelling image, really it could be anything-- even just a piece of clothing on a rod. but it's there I suppose. thanks for covering a little-known case! that's always appreciated. way more than stuff that's been done to death so-to-speak. an image enhancement on this one might be a good idea, to see if there's anymore detail that can be extrapolated from the image, like if various filters or techniques are used to rule out what it might be.
