Robbert van den Broeke is a medium from Hoeven, Netherlands. He is known for his extraordinary relationship with crop circles and other paranormal phenomena.

Van den Broeke claimed that he could sometimes sense where a new crop circle was going to appear before it was discovered.

By 2004, Van den Broeke claimed that he had the ability to photograph beings that were invisible to the naked eye, such as spirits and aliens.

Taking the Photograph

During the morning of May 6, 2004, 23-year-old Van den Broeke was inside his parents’ home in Hoeven, Netherlands, when he suddenly felt an extremely strong presence.

According to the account published in the MUFON Journal, he felt compelled to get his Olympus digital camera and wait in the living room.

Van den Broeke claimed that he began seeing a faint mist forming near the family’s armchair. He repeatedly photographed the area as the mist became increasingly dense. The image shown here was reportedly the fifth photograph in the sequence.

Behind the figure is a framed photograph of Van den Broeke’s two-year-old nephew.

At approximately 4 AM the following morning, Van den Broeke claimed that the entity appeared again and was photographed for a second time.

Then, on May 8, he set up a video camera in his bedroom. According to the MUFON UFO Journal, another mist-like form appeared and gradually developed into an alien-shaped figure while the camera was recording.

Van den Broeke’s Description of the Being’s Intentions

Van den Broeke described the beings as peaceful, spiritual extraterrestrial entities associated with the crop-circle phenomenon. He claimed they were not hostile and were deeply concerned with pollution, war, and the need for greater peace in the world.
